IDK if this has been posted on tumblr before, but I’m posting it.
The first part of the bossfight with Hare and Dormy that was planned before it was scrapped!
Dude, wouldn’t it have been just awful if the March Hare wound Dormy back up when he hopped across platforms and you’d have to fight Dormy all over again and Hare would just keep winding him back up and the only way to make him not wind Dormy back up was to stop him as quick as possible by picking a fight with him? Cause I love my Marchie, but I’m sure if this fight was in the game and he did that, I’d want to strangle him to death.
I made my own slide show…

Weeeeeelll, this’ll be interesting!

Yo, guys.
I don’t want there to be more fanworks for all the underrated characters in A:MR, especially not for the March Hare and Dormouse.
I mean, like, they totally have enough fanart and fanfiction to begin with. They don’t need any more. They have enough.
I bet most of you couldn’t even draw an accurate-looking March Hare, either. You shouldn’t even try to. Don’t try to.
So Kaylen and I just observed that absolutely nobody wears pants in Wonderland in A:MR except for the Mad Hatter. Nobody.
All the women wear dresses (obviously).
Most of the male characters are animals/creatures who either just wear shirts/vests/coats or little to nothing at all.
The Carpenter wears a….kilt thing?
And then there’s Hatter.
Hatter, you are so out of the loop.
Sometimes when I’m incredibly dissatisfied with the A:MR fandom, I remind myself that somebody actually did humanize my dearest Marchie.

A gentle breeze from Hushabye Mountain
Softly blows o’er lullaby bay.
It fills the sails of boats that are waiting—
Waiting to sail your worries away.
It isn’t far to Hushabye Mountain
And your boat waits down by the key.
The winds of night so softly are sighing—
Soon they will fly you troubles to sea.
So close your eyes on Hushabye Mountain.
Wave goodbye to cares of the day.
And watch your boat from Hushabye Mountain
Sail far away from lullaby bay.
Ah, I think I’ll brush up on my A:MR knowledge.

Yes, I think I’ll read a bit about Hatter. I like him. He’s my third favorite character. He’s so crazy and funny and-

…..Augh……

…..HERE COME THE WATERFALLS.
So I have this Disney headcanon…
I’m sure everybody’s noticed how different the Mad Hatter in Disneyland/Disney World looks from the Mad Hatter in the movie.

Hatter from Disneyland/Disney World (I’m just gonna call him Reginald because that’s what infamous Hattice artist Brianna and her fans call him) Is taller, younger-looking, and wears an orange coat and gloves. The Mad Hatter in the movie is very short (shorter than ten year-old Alice, in fact!), has an abnormally-sized oval shaped head, looks and sounds much older (probably in his late 50s-early 60s at the very youngest), and wears a more olive colored coat and wears no gloves. Of course, this is mostly because Hatter in the movie is so disproportionate in his anatomy that you can’t expect anybody dressing like him to look exactly like him. However, I have this headcanon because there are so many fan-interpretations of Reginald, be it of inspiration from Brianna’s “When Curiosity Met Insanity” or not.
My theory is that the Mad Hatter in the movie is Reginald’s uncle. Hatter never had children of his own, as he preferred just to live in peace and have fun with his and the March Hare’s tea party, but every once in a while, little Reggie would go over to visit him. His uncle’s dressing style also influenced Reginald’s choice of attire, him having a hat exactly like his uncle’s, only with a blue band instead of a dark green one (Uncle Hatter also could’ve made the hat, as well). Reggie also seems to have many of his uncle’s personality traits, being goofy, gentlemen-like, and childish.
I literally made a list of songs on my iPod that match or at least make me think of the March Hare and my headcanons of him.
There are a lot. You know you’re obsessed when….
